
Obioma Levi Johnson is a certified speaker and Leadership coach. She has held various positions as Principal Consultant, Engineer, and Project Manager in the Energy industry for over a decade. She is skilled in Oil and Gas Production Optimization, Economic Evaluation, Reservoir Engineering, Business Development, Strategy, and Planning. She collaborates with C-suites and leaders in Multinational and institutional companies to deliver leadership strategies on leveraging technology, advanced analytics, and applied data science to support and strengthen their people, operations, and investment.
She has received worldwide recognition for her writing in areas of human development in society and has written several technical papers.
Her passion includes working with students and young professionals as a mentor in Lean in Energy, the Women in Engineering Program (WEP) at UT Austin, and the Texas Girls Collaborative Project (TXGCP).
She received a B. Tech in Geology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, an M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and HBX Core credential for readiness from Harvard Business School.
